Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at via the contact form on our website.  If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all opened or used topical products are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your eligible unopened product following the process above and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened products are not eligible for return under this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
